Diamond Class
Time share owner can utilise 8 days every year for 10 years totaling 80 days for the entire period.
The entire cost amount will be REPAID after 10 years. Facility to encash unused days at the rate of Rs.500 per day. 

Silver Class
Time share owner can utilise 4 days every year for 25 years totaling 100 days for the entire period. 

General
High Valley Time Share Owner has to get his confirmation of booking from the Resort. Booking will be on the basis of first in first out system. To avoid disappointment reserve your cottage well in advance. Time Share Owner can have special honey moon package for their dear ones at discounted rates.
Time Share Owner can have the facilities of advancing splitting or adding of their time shares.

If the payment is not by credit card then it has to be made by crossed cheque/demand Draft in the name of "High Valley Farms & Resorts" payable at Peermade. Kindly avoid cash transaction.
